Session Fees Information

Initial Session: $299
Follow-Up Sessions: $199

Each session is a highly personalized experience, designed to support deep emotional insight and lasting change.

How Long Are Sessions?

• Initial Session (includes intake + full hypnosis): Up to 3 hours
• Follow-Up Sessions: 60 to 90 minutes

We recommend setting aside quiet time after your session to rest or integrate.

How Many Sessions Will I Need?

It varies. Many clients experience meaningful shifts after just one session. Others benefit from 2–3 follow-up sessions for continued integration.

Some clients choose to work with me regularly for emotional maintenance or long-term goals.

What to Expect During a Session

We begin with a gentle conversation about your goals, any concerns, and how hypnosis works. I’ll guide you into a deeply relaxed state — similar to meditation or the moments just before sleep — where your subconscious becomes more open and receptive.

You remain aware and in control throughout the session. You may speak, signal, or simply relax — everyone’s experience is unique. Some people experience time distortion or partial memory 'gaps' (like daydreaming), which are completely normal.

When the session concludes, you’ll gently return to full awareness feeling deeply relaxed, empowered, and clear.

Remote Sessions

Can’t come into the office? No problem. Some sessions can be conducted via secure video or phone.

Payment & Booking Policy

I accept:

  • Zelle
  • All major credit cards

Payment is due at the time of service. A credit card is required to reserve your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

A $100 fee will apply to late cancellations or missed appointments.

I understand life happens — fees may be waived in cases of emergencies or urgent needs.

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 10 business days.

Scope of Practice

As a certified hypnotherapist, I work with subconscious patterns, emotional blocks, habits, and inner beliefs to support personal transformation.

I am not a licensed medical or mental health provider. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or psychological condition.

If I observe that clinical support may be appropriate, I may refer you to a licensed provider and resume services only with written approval.

Ethics & Professional Standards

I am a Certified Member of the American Board of Hypnotherapy and uphold their professional Code of Ethics and Standards.

If you ever have a concern I cannot resolve directly, you may contact the board to seek guidance or resolution.

Confidentiality & Privacy

Your sessions are confidential. I will never share your identity or personal information unless:

  • Required by law
  • You provide written consent
  • There is imminent risk of harm to self or others

Records are securely stored and protected.
